Hi, I’m Fizzy, A doula based in Walthamstow covering North East London.
I offer antenatal and postnatal support across E17 and the surrounding areas.
I believe new parents deserve not only deep rest, but also gentle, nourishing food to help them heal. Looking back on my first pregnancy, I realise how much of my focus was on the birth itself. I knew it was important to have food prepared for the first week, but I didn’t plan nearly enough for the reality of postpartum life — and we ended up relying on far too many Deliveroos.
That experience inspired me to offer nourishing food as part of my postnatal care and ultimately led me to train as a doula.
Alongside my Developing Doulas training, I’m also a trained hypnobirthing practitioner with The Riot Birth Network — two communities rooted in evidence-based care and inclusivity. These experiences shape the way I support families: with calm, compassion, and a truly person-centred approach.
All my packages include travel up to 45 minutes from Blackhorse Road, extra fees may apply further afield.

This package includes:
1 × 3 hour in-person visit

Emotional presence & reassurance, space to feel heard
1 day of nourishing postnatal food from the Doula Eats menu
As your doula, I follow your lead. Some days that looks like holding the baby while you shower, sleep, or eat a hot meal with both hands. Other days it's preparing nourishing food, light housework, or sitting together over a cup of tea while you talk through your birth experience at your own pace.
This package is only about you, your baby, and whatever you need most right now.
And always, plenty of tea and snacks.
If you would like a dedicated food support, whether you are pregnant, new parent or generally feeling overwhelmed. I offer food deliveries of home cooked nourishing meals to your door with delivery up to 30 minutes from Blackhorse Road E17.
This postnatal package of 3 days of postpartum food for 2 people, ideal for new parents.
Golden Dahl : Warming, grounding, and made with you in mind. Slow-cooked red lentils simmered in chicken stock with cumin, black mustard seeds, turmeric, fennel, and dill — finished with a bright squeeze of lime. Comfort in a bowl for the postpartum season.
Black Bean, Lentil & Quinoa Chilli: Not your average chilli. Smoky chipotle, smoked paprika, and toasted cumin seeds slow-cooked with chopped tomatoes and a hint of cocoa — deeply satisfying and packed with three postpartum powerhouses: puy lentils, black beans, and quinoa.
Oxtail Stew: The kind of restorative meal that has nourished new mothers across cultures for generations. Slow-cooked until fall-off-the-bone tender, with beef stock, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, and thyme. It warms you from the inside out.
Chicken Bone Broth: Liquid gold for the postpartum body. Free-range chicken bones slow-simmered for hours with carrots, thyme, bay leaves, and apple cider vinegar — pure, clean, and deeply nourishing. Sip it warm, or use it as the base for everything.
Energy Balls: The snack you can eat with one hand. Five real ingredients — cashews, dates, cacao, peanut butter, and a pinch of salt — rolled into the perfect mouthful of nourishment.
Homemade Granola: Golden, fragrant, and made from scratch. Oats and quinoa toasted with coconut oil and honey, tumbled with coconut, dried figs, orange, cinnamon, and vanilla. Wholesome, naturally sweetened, and quietly brilliant for the fourth trimester.
All meal options can be made vegan on request.
